What Stoora stores

We store the account details you use to sign in, your store configuration, catalogue data, uploaded product media, consent records, buyer order contact and delivery information, and payment status references needed to operate the seller workspace.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate your dashboard, publish the storefront you create, create and verify checkout orders, support your account, prevent misuse and improve Stoora. Storefront information and active listings are public; draft products, buyer records and owner settings are restricted.

Service providers

Stoora relies on Firebase for Google identity, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for application hosting and Cashfree for merchant onboarding, payment processing, refunds and settlement. Cashfree collects sensitive payment and KYC information directly; Stoora does not store card or UPI credentials.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your information from the data request page. We verify ownership before completing a request. Transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations.
