Using Stoora

Terms of Service

Current service

Stoora provides seller onboarding, catalogue management, public storefront publishing and Cashfree-powered checkout. Each seller maintains their own Cashfree merchant relationship, and Cashfree processes buyer payments and seller settlements.

Your responsibility as a seller

You are responsible for keeping listings accurate, holding the rights to the content and images you upload, offering only lawful products or services, fulfilling paid orders, handling returns and meeting the tax, consumer-protection and business obligations that apply to you.

Payments and refunds

Payment approval, processing fees, settlement timing and merchant verification are controlled by Cashfree. Sellers authorise Stoora to create payment orders, receive status events and request seller-initiated refunds for their connected Cashfree account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Stoora for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content; attempt to access another seller’s information; disrupt the platform; or misrepresent your identity or business.

Availability and accounts

This is an early public MVP and features may change. We may restrict or suspend an account to protect sellers, buyers or the platform. You may stop using Stoora and request account deletion through the data request page.
